Return Policy


Orders are accepted for exchange, except promotional sale/clearance items. All sale items are final sale.

Items must be returned to our offices within 7 days of receiving your product. Items must be in new, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging
You must submit an exchange request to shop@messagelane.com.We will confirm whether an exchange is applicable and provide you with the office address.Please include your order number when e-mailing. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, your exchange will be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be at your cost as well. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
